Automatic CNC
Since the end of 2019, JINSON Fittings began introducing automated CNC equipment. They have significantly reduced labour costs and improved quality control.
Quality Assurance
Each product will pass 5-10 inspections before leaving the factory (different products have additional inspection steps). Each product has a heat no. and batch no., which allows us to trace the goods.

Our OEM R&D team has completed 129 projects requested by customers. 19 years of casting, machining experience and advanced CNC, machining centre equipment have enabled our team to complete one OEM project after another.

316 products are in sufficient stock. If you need a certain product urgently, we will prepare the goods and send them out on the same day, arrive at Beijing Airport the next day, and deliver them to you within a week.

What's the MOQ?
*We do not have a minimum quantity for the orders but the price will be adjusted according to the quantity and specifications.
For orders with a net order value of $10,000 or less, an additional $200 freight will be required.
Can you send samples for FREE?
We are happy to provide free samples, before this, we suggest you to check our product size to see if it meets your market needs.
If you accept our size, please provide the consignee account number of DHL or FedEx, and we will prepare the samples within 2 working days.
What materials do you produce and what kind of threads do you process?
We mainly produce 304,304L, 316 and 316L products.
Thread according to ISO 7/1 and ISO 228/1, including BSP, DIN, NPT, PT etc.
What's your payment terms?
Usually T/T 30% in advance the balance against the copy of B/L.
Do you offer OEM products?
Yes, our technical team can provide you with a complete set of optimized processing solutions from design suggestions to mold design, mold making, wax loss casting, numerical control processing, heat treatment, surface treatment and so on.
Thus for you to reduce costs, provide value-added products.
