Our facility boasts a monthly production capacity of approximately 60 tons, specializing in 316 and 304 stainless steel materials.
After that, we use CNC machines to further process castings with precision and efficiency.
Threading, polishing, drilling, and milling are all expertly handled in this stage.
Our machining shop is equipped with 32 CNC machines: 10 are enhanced with robotic arms for efficient batch production, 4 indexing chucks for precise processing angles, and a machining center, perfect for completing complex OEM workpieces.
Inspection is an essential step before shipment, ensuring the highest quality standards.
JINSON Fittings mature sampling inspection system includes varies checks: appearance inspection, thread inspection, material sampling inspection, size inspection, and angle sampling inspection.
For ball valves, we also conduct a rigorous air tightness test.
Our conventional packaging method includes a plastic bag, carton, and pallet to ensure safe delivery. For more complex and easily bumped workpieces, we provide special packaging solutions.
